The Contractor shall utilize competent BAS engineers, technicians, programmers, etc. satisfactory to the Government to perform the work and services required by the contract. BAS Engineers, technicians, programmers, etc. shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing the type of work described within the Statement of Work. The personnel engaged in providing PM Services for the DOS shall be trained and certified by the BAS Manufacturer on the Manufacturer s Product Line(s) being serviced by that employee. Certifications shall be current and maintained throughout the life of the contract.
