The Virginia Army National Guard is soliciting blanket purchase agreements (BPA) for prepared meals to be delivered to Fairfax County Virginia. Each BPA awarded will have up to a 60-month ordering period with a maximum ceiling of $350,000. The minimum call value is $1.00, with a maximum call value of $25,000.00. All calls will include an individual statement of work and calls will be rotated amongst the vendors established under the BPA. Subsequent to this update, a revised Statement of Work (SOW) and Answers to Questions received will be posted as an amendment to the solicitation. At the time of posting the amendment, a determination will be made whether or not to extend the time and date for receipt of quotes beyond the revised date of December 9, 2025.
