The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Parata Systems LLC for the ATP2 Pill Packager, including the required software system, to support the Eastern Oklahoma VA Healthcare System. Only Parata can provide the unique pill-packaging system currently in use by VA, so no other source is considered reasonably available for this action.
