AWARD NOTIFICATION: The Okinawa Multiple Award Construction Contract is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Kadena Air Base and other U.S. Government Installations on Okinawa, Japan. The minimum value of any one individual Task Order after the initial Task Order under this program is $500,000.00 (or Yen equivalent), and the maximum value is $25,000,000.00 (or Yen equivalent). The total program ceiling is $995,000,000.00 (or Yen equivalent) over a five-year period as detailed within. This MACC is designated for the execution of a broad range of projects, both on and off Military Bases, all throughout the country of Japan. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, quality control, and other items necessary to design, manage and accomplish a range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects on Real Property. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The Okinawa Multiple Award Construction Contract will have a base ordering period of 36 months and two 12 month option periods. The contract is expected to expire 2 September 2030.
