The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Contracting Operations Branch (COB) intends to award a sole source to The Longest Student Health Center at Mississippi State University in support of the Occupational Medical Surveillance Program (OMSP) which provides medical surveillance for all authorized USDA-ARS employees who are potentially exposed to hazards.
