Submission Instructions Responses to this RFI shall be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, April 16, 2026. Responses shall be submitted in writing via e-mail only to the Contracting Officer, Paul Barrett at paul.barrett@cbp.dhs.gov. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked as proprietary and separated. Please note, all submissions will be Government property and will not be returned. This is an RFI only Please note, this is an RFI only, issued solely for planning and market research. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, CBP is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals.
