Submission Instructions Responses to this RFI shall be submitted in Microsoft Word format. Responses are due no later than 5:00 PM ET, April 16, 2026. Responses shall be submitted in writing via e-mail only to the Contracting Officer, Paul Barrett at paul.barrett@cbp.dhs.gov. Proprietary information, if any, should be minimized and must be clearly marked as proprietary and separated. Please note, all submissions will be Government property and will not be returned.
