The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to solicit and award on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) to Radeus Labs, Inc., 13000 Gregg Street, STE A, Poway, California 92064-7151. This procurement is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP)- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than the close of this notice. The United States Coast Guard (USCG) requires replacement hardware for end of life/end of service hardware supporting the SCOTS. Radeus Labs, Inc. was identified in market research provided by the program office as the sole source for the required hardware. Radeus Labs has uniquely configured the required hardware to support the USCG s salient characteristics to provide the simulation of the physical and environmental factors operators experience onboard National Security Cutters (NSCs). Radeus is the only manufacturer capable of providing the required configuration that meets USCG s mission needs. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested vendors may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact no later than (NLT) 1:00 PM ET on 24 September 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
