This is a notice of intent to negotiate a sole source procurement only and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, contractors who want to challenge this sole source must submit an interest letter, as well as a capabilities statement that demonstrates their ability to perform this work. The information must demonstrate your organizations' ability to provide the product(s) and service(s) as described within this notice, as well as the associated Justification. All interested organizations must respond to this Special Notice by 24 Aug 2025, 10:00 A.M., Mountain Time, email directly to both the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer listed above. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Wyoming Army National Guard shall not reimburse for any cost(s) connected with providing the capability information. Description: The Wyoming Army National Guard, intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) with AAR Mobility Systems for the below listed items: The Contractor shall provide a developed, managed, and brand awareness draft of advertisement: The contractor shall finish completed of digital imprints before the start of the first home game. University of Wyoming will host honorary captains from the WYANG to do the coin flip prior to the start of every home gameShipping/Install/Service Univeristy of Wyoming will announce T-shirt cannon launch at every home game brought by the Wyoming Air National Guard. The requirement is assigned a NAICS code of 541810, with a size standard of $25.5M.
