These services, training and product repair/support can only be provided through Automated Logic - Georgia for the USDA Athens facility. “WebCTRL” is the front-end software of the Automated Logic System, an automatic building control and energy management technology. The Contractor shall provide: - Hardware - Design Engineering, Programming, Graphics - Project Management and Field Engineering - Installation This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document exists for this requirement. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data in sufficient detail to allow the Government to determine if the party can meet all the requirements. All capability statements received by the closing date of this publication will be considered by the Government if received by the posting deadline of this notification. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
