The applicable NAICS Code is 541512 Computer Systems Integrator Services, and the business size standard is $34,000,000.Zapata Technology will help expand the integration of Apache NiFi, MongoDB, and Grafana to enable seamless interoperability with the Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) system. Zapata Technology will provide remote professional services to support the configuration and integration of these tools into the existing architecture. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement to be considered by the Government. All responses received before the close date may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government intends to post their area of interest (AOI) under NAVWARs Commercial Solutions Offering (CSO), articulating the current need and desired end-goal in generic terms to pursue a prototype Other Transaction Authority (OTA) in 2026 or 2027.
