The scope of this contract is continued maintenance of a data repository that will accept the upload of encounter-level and aggregate data from 86 Title X Family Planning Services grantees and over 4,000 reproductive health clinics as well as the collection, analysis, reporting, and summarization of data and providing technical assistance to grantees and their sub-recipients. The acquisition will be made utilizing Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15, with award anticipated by September 26, 2025. Vendor: Mathematica Policy Research, Inc. Response Instructions: Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government and must substantiate a counter to only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements for the specific bridge/continuation of services period. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for the immediate critical continuation of services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
