This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and email requests will not be honored. Only one (1) responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source contract to RQI Partners to provide Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) 9th Edition Advanced (1-11) Provider Curriculum, NRP 9th Edition Instructor Candidate Curriculum, NRP 9th Edition Instructor Renewal Curriculum, Learning Management System and Record Management, and Standards Compliance and Curriculum Maintenance. 2. Background; This Individual Justification is submitted to award a sole source contract to RQI Partners to provide NRP subscription to support initial certification and recurring recertification of eligible healthcare personnel across the Military Health System. NRP subscription is a required evidence-based training for healthcare personnel providing services to mothers and infants, including physicians, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff assigned to labor and delivery, neonatal intensive care units, and newborn care settings within Military Medical Treatment Facilities (MTFs). 3. Description: DHA seeks to award a sole source contract to RQI Partners to provide enterprise-level access to NRP subscription.
