This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Sheraton Buenos Aires & Convention Center Park Tower Buenos Aires pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The vendor must be able to provide all services on the dates listed in the statement of work.
