Notice of Award: C-Band Doppler Radar Components W911S626PA011

The Meteorological Branch, West Desert Test Center (WDTC), Dugway Proving Ground (DPG), requires procurement of proprietary life-cycle replacement components for the C-Band Doppler Radar. The C-Band Doppler Radar is a highly specialized system requiring components engineered to exact tolerances and proprietary specifications. Due to the unique electrical and physical form-factor requirements of the system, third-party components are technically incompatible. Enterprise Electronics Corporation (EEC), maintains exclusive ownership of the technical data packages and manufacturing drawings required to produce these parts. While other meteorological radar manufacturers exist in the commercial marketplace, technical evaluations confirm their overall system architecture cannot interface with the existing radar system infrastructure of WDTC DPG.
