The most recent bridge inspection results indicate the structural evaluation of the bridge to be in poor to serious condition. Proposal would replace this bridge with a similar structure, add bridge rail/guardrail and pave the approaches 100' on each side of the bridge to keep rocks/debris/soil off the deck and to prevent sediment from entering the stream. NFSR 220 will be a main haul route for an upcoming restoration project within the next few years. There is potential for thousands of loads of timber to come out on NFSR 220.
