This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to on-ramp additional contractors to the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Worldwide Expeditionary Multiple Award Contract (WEXMAC) vehicle. Successful offerors will be awarded a WEXMAC 2.2 Territorial Integrity of the United States (TITUS) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation represents a new competition conducted under the authority of the base WEXMAC contract's "Rolling Admissions" clause (Section H.1), which reads in part: H.1.1 The Government retains the discretion to evaluate the necessity and benefits of initiating new competitions with the intent to incorporate additional contractors into the WEXMAC... Should this assessment reveal that integrating additional contractors serves the Government's best interest, the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is authorized to announce a new competition for such inclusion.
