The CDP acquisition shall utilize the acquisition procedures in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, with a size standard of $40 million.
