The Federal Correctional Institution, Marianna, Florida intends to issue solicitation 15B30826Q00000007 for the 3rd quarter, FY 2026 frozen and refrigerated foods requirement. This solicitation is 100% set-a-side for small business. The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price type contract from this solicitation. Pricing will be FOB destination with a delivery date on or before April 15, 2026. The solicitation will be available on or about February 12, 2026 and will be distributed solely through the U.S. General Services Administration s web site at https://sam.gov/. The site provides downloading instructions. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be distributed. All future information regarding this acquisition, including amendments, will be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The Government may make awards without discussions; therefore, offerors are instructed to submit their best offer initially.
