This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. COMEODGRU TWO requires an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) task order for MFF support services.
