Update Number 0005: The purpose of amendment A0004 is to: 1) Post Government Responses in Bidders Questions in Attachment L-1; 2) Update Section C, C-2.3.7.1 and C-2.3.7.2 in red; 3) Update Section I Clause 52.217-7 in red; 4) Provide updated Attachment J-1 Contract Design Package; and 5) Update Section J Attachments list in red. The revised Attachment J-1 is available upon request to Offerors who have met the criteria in Section L.1.3.B.
