Amendment 0002 changes daily headcount from 140 Soldiers to 120 Soldiers. Additionally, following two question and answers are issued: Question #1: Is the food service contractor required to actually serve the meals? Answer #1: Food service contractor will monitor Soldier self-service to ensure the contractor set-up, or set-up and refill, is adequate and in conformance with the performance work statement. Question #2: Is contractor permitted to bring its trailer on site to prepare meals for delivery to Building 2425?
