The offeror(s) shall accomplish pier side repairs on boats, crafts, barges, and LCUs at Naval Base San Diego, Naval Air Station North Island, Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, Naval Outlying Landing Field Imperial Beach, Port Operations in San Clemente Island, Seal Beach, or Naval Surface Warfare Center Port Hueneme.
