The Government will award a contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA), responsible offeror. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Determination for Award The award was made based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source?selection methodology. All quotes received were evaluated for technical acceptability in accordance with the solicitation requirements. Among the vendors determined to be technically acceptable, Diam General Services LLC dba Govcraft Digital submitted the lowest?priced acceptable offer. Therefore, award under PO# 191BWC26P0037 in the amount of $18,000.00 for the Base Year and $95,564.45 for the Base plus four Option Years is determined to be in the best interest of the Government and fully compliant with applicable acquisition regulations under the LPTA selection process.
