The Embassy of the United States in Gaborone Botswana will launch the solicitation on the www.SAM.gov website when it is available. The Government has a requirement for a contractor to provide Group Life Insurance services to approximately 186 employees of the Government of the United States of America in Gaborone. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one one-year option period, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion, although we may hold discussions with companies in competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirements type contract.
