The event will be divided into two main sections: VIP Section (approx. 1,500 guests): We are seeking a more elevated, premium menu with higher-end offerings. Ideally, this would be an American-style cuisine, but this is not necessarily required for the VIP section. This would not be plated, but instead, passed heavy hors d'oeuvres. General Admission Section (approx. 500-1000): We are interested in classic American-style food, similar to what one might find at a ballpark or fairground (e.g., burgers, hot dogs, BBQ, etc.). Again, this would not be plated.
