The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for: The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHCS) has a requirement for services related to a Preventative Maintenance and Inspection (PMI) program for sterile storage cabinets used in clinical areas that have issues with temperature and humidity. The services shall comply with this Statement of Work (SOW), all VA, local, state, and Federal policies, and regulations. This service includes scheduled annual preventive maintenance in accordance with a program of standard routines as determined by our experience, equipment application, and equipment operating hours that are recommended by each equipment manufacturer and location. This service is designed to optimize the reliability and efficiency of the equipment and provide possible indications of excessive wear and damage to systems before a catastrophic failure occurs. Required services are to be completed annually for PMIs and as needed for any repairs. The expected performance period is a base year of twelve (12) months with two (2) option years thereafter. Each option year is twelve (12) months. Solicitation shall be issued on or about February 02, 2026, with proposals due no later than February 20, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. MST. The following NAICS code: 811210 and FSC code: J065 apply to this requirement. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB s MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement.
