The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO21), intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price, base plus one option year (OY) contract for maintenance and repair of the Philips MRI dStream system at VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) located at 975 Kirman Avenue, Reno, NV 89502. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Philips North America, LLC has the proprietary rights to the equipment. Philips North America, LLC Field Service Engineers (FSE) are OEM certified to provide parts and service compatible with the equipment. The FSEs are also the only individuals authorized to install the proprietary hardware for the equipment. The OEM will only guarantee work completed by these FSEs. The government intends to award the contract on 11/1/2025 to Philips North America, LLC 22100 Bothell Everett HWY Bothell, Washington 98021-8431; SAM UEI: T41NB3MDAPZ6 CAGE CODE: 8HEG5. The estimated Period of Performance will be 11/19/2025 11/18/2027. This synopsis announcement is being issued for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or request for competitive proposals.
