REQUIREMENT: Magstim Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Equipment Maintenance Services CONTRACTOR: Magstim, Inc. The Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 19 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price purchase order to Magstim, Inc., 1626 Terrace DR., Saint Paul, Minnesota 55113. The Contractor is currently providing service to all Magstim equipment utilized by the Fort Harrison VA Medical Center under the manufacturer s warranty, and a replacement contract is being established for the continuation of services. Magstim, Inc. is the only service provider for Magstim Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation Equipment. The estimated Period of Performance for this requirement is October 15, 2025, to October 14, 2030. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov at the time of the response due date. Responses are due by Friday, October 3, 2025, 10:00 AM (local Mountain Time). All responses shall be submitted via e-mail to aaron.thurber@va.gov. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
