Question and Answer Is there any incumbent/recompete or is this a brand-new project? If yes, could you please provide us with their award number or even if the customer bought similar services in the past. VA Response This is a new requirement not previously performed at VACCHCS under contract. As we fill out the price and cost schedule, will the line items for the replacement sensors just have a unit price of $10,000 because of the pre-pricing. Would the contractor be billing materials and labor to this $10,000 bucket. VA Response The $10,000 is a set annual allocation that will be drawn from to replace sensors deemed to require replacement. Billing against this line item will be done on a time and materials (T&M) basis.
