NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit and contract a firm fixed price, supply type contract for OEM LIQUID CHILLER UNIT PARTS] with only one source, LAKE SHORE SYSTEMS, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) on a sole source basis. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 09/09/2025 with a closing date on or about 09/11/2025 Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures.
