Authority: FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304 (a)(1). 2. Reason for Sole Source: The middleware that facilitates communications between the laboratory analyzers and the Resource and Patient Management System (RPMS)/Electronic Health Record (EHR) medical software and this contract will provide the licenses necessary to use the software. 3. If parties choose to respond, any cost associated with preparation and submission of data or any other cost incurred in response to this announcement are the sole responsibility of the respondent and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
