The RFI is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. The draft of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. The proposed action is set-aside for Total 100% Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310. Contractors interested in doing business with the government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Contractors must also be registered in the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) invoicing system at https://piee.eb.mil in order to invoice the Government and accept payment.
