(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is 140P6425Q0034 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04. (iv) This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $25.0M. (v) Please see the attached Price Schedule for a list of line-item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure. (vi) Indiana Dunes National Park, a unit of the National Park Service located in Porter County and Lake County, IN, is seeking fire suppression system inspection & testing service in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and other project documents. This will be a firm-fixed price award expected to be awarded to a prime contractor in or around August 2025. Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determinations for Porter County and Lake County, IN will apply. (vii) Period of performance will be 120 days from award. Work will take place at several locations at Indiana Dunes National Park. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Provide an updated price schedule that now mirrors the Statement of Work with regard to Cabin 10 - Witch Hazel also requiring replacement of backflow preventer. 2. Provide answers to vendor questions. 3. Extend the solicitation close date from Thursday July 31 at 12:00 PM ET to Tuesday August 5, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET. Please remember to acknowledge all amendments by including the SF 30 for each amendment in the quote package.
