The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded a contract to Nelcy Construction Corporation, Richmond, VA, for Replacement of Flow Control Valves at the FAA Potomac Consolidated TRACON in Warrenton, VA 20187 The contract was awarded as a one-time, fixed price contract. A market survey (6973GH-25-00704) was posted to the SAM.gov web site on December 19, 2024. Based on responses to the market survey, it was determined to compete this requirement as 100% small business set-aside. Solicitation 6973GH-25-R-00119 was posted to the SAM.gov web site on March 26, 2025. Contract 6973GH-25-C-00184 was awarded on July 28, 2025 to Nelcy Construction for a total value of $521,759.69. A Lowest-Price Technically-Acceptable evaluation was established to evaluate proposals. Six (6) timely proposals were received.
