This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Single Award Construction Contract for general construction, modifications, repair, alteration, and design/engineering for facilities that may include minor new construction, design-build, design-bid-build requirements at Naval Air Station Key West, Florida and its Area of Responsibility.
