The Medical Readiness Contracting Office West (MRCO-W), JBSA Fort Sam Houston TX 78234-5074 intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a competitive contract for services to be performed at all MRCO-W locations. Contractor will provide High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal Therapy Devices, procedures, components for use in chronic plantar fasciitis. Trained Operators on this equipment shall be fully insured and will provide intra-operative operation of the High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal therapy machine and install, set-up and provide preventative maintenance. The Government anticipates awarding one (1) Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a result of this solicitation, under which Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Task Orders will be issued. The IDIQ contract will have a 3-year ordering period: 01 October 2025 through 30 September 2028. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.5. The solicitation number is W91YTZ-25-R-A018 and the resulting award will be made on SF Form 1449. This requirement is for commercial services. This is a Regional Contract for High Energy Electrohydraulic Extracorporeal Therapy Devices, Components, and Insured/Trained Operators in support of the Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West.

This is a non-personal services contract to provide a non surgical high energy electrohydraulic extracorporeal system that provides high energy (a minimum of 18kV) healing of the affected condition to include but not limited to chronic conditions which includes plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, lateral epicondylitis, patellar tendinitis/chondromalacia and some instances of delayed healing of a fracture.
