AWARD NOTICE - Capital Region (CR) Granger Lake Herbicide Pesticide IDIQ W9126G25QA007

This is a non-personal services contract to provide all management, tools, equipment, materials, chemicals and labor required to provide herbicide application to embankments, rip rap, roads, parking lots, recreation facilities, and recreation areas at Granger Lake. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, travel, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform herbicide application at Granger Lake as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards within this PWS.
