The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Heating Fuel Supply, Franklin Falls Dam and Blackwater Dam, Franklin and Webster, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide up to 3,500 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Franklin Falls Dam Project at three (3) separate project buildings and provide up to 2,000 gallons of No. 2 Heating Oil to the Blackwater Dam at two (2) separate buildings. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Supply Requirement. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 324110 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1,500 Employees. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
