The quotations shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Amendment 0002: SOLICITATION NO. W911YU25QA018, GUNG CYP Youth Regional, Guam National Guard, Barrigada, Guam, Amendment 0002.This amendment corrects CLIN and Performance Work Statement (PWS) under section 3 to change availability of services times, section 4.1.4 and 4.1.5 to change the event space/meal room from 2 separate rooms to 1 combined room and remove coffee as needed by the requiring activity. Instructions to Offerors is amended to reflect Simplified Acquisition Procedures in place of LPTA language. Contractors shall complete boxes #8 and #15 of the SF30, and include with their quotation.
