The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates award on one Firm-Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA) to supply and deliver Custodial Bath Tissue to the North and South Rims. The Custodial Bath Tissue is a Brand Name Requirement for the South Rim. See attached supporting documents for the specifications and additional details. Anticipated Period of Performance is five (5) year ordering period from 9/1/2025 to 8/31/2030. Actual period of performance will be determined at award. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; follow all instruction to submit a quote by the due date and time set forth in this solicitation. All quotes will be submitted electronically to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov. Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted electronically no later than August 4, 2025 by 10:00am MD to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov. A consolidated list of Government responses to any questions received will be posted as an amendment to this RFQ. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and is being conducted as a supply.
