THIS IS A FIRM FIXED PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of Ship Repair Facility-Joint Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC), is negotiating as a BRAND NAME REQUIERMENT TO PALFINGER MARINE FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF GEARBOX ASSEMBLIES. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 6/11/25 with a closing date on or about 6/18/25. Requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and 13 Procedures. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.Gov Website: https://sam.gov/content/home/ Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This requirement is a Sole Source Requirement for PALFINGER MARINE USA LLC for NOMENCLATURE. The final destination is Sasebo, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following: -The Manufacturer -The country of origin (COO) -After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival -Confirm that the part will ship to Sasebo and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping. -Provide all pertinent specifications. NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to page 3 of the solicitation. However, if additional fees such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs apply, please include in the line item(s) of the requirement.
