Purpose: The purpose of the Notice is to announce that Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to solicit proposals from vendors to provide services as part of its Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program for Contracted Emergency Residential Services. Services will be for the Department of Veterans Affairs Pacific Islands Health Care System. Vendors to provide these services in Hilo, Hawaii. Objective/Milestone: The goal of the HCHV program is to end Veteran homelessness by enhancing current homeless service capacity. The intent of this contract is to engage a community provider to offer homeless Veterans services through the Contracted Emergency Residential Services program, enhanced by the services as defined in the Statement of Work. Services will be provided 24/7 to homeless Veterans. This contract is expected to house and serve homeless Veterans in need of placement in a safe environment with onsite supportive services. The solicitation will provide full information to contractors about the proposal submission process.
