This action will be issued as a competitive unrestrictive (Open to large and small business) requirement under NAICS code 311991 Perishable Prepared Food Manufacturing. The RFQ will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities website on or about November 19, 2025, with quotes due on December 19, 2025. These dates are subject to change.
