The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Tomahawk Weapons System Program Office (PMA-280) Patuxent River, MD has awarded a sole source, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification to Contract N00019-25-C-0071, to Raytheon Company, 1151 East Hermans Road, Tucson, Arizona, for the procurement of Fiscal Years (FY) 24-25 (Lots 5&6) Tomahawk Cruise Missiles Recertification Rotable Pool Assets - Long Lead Hardware (LLHW) Fin Actuators and Mid-body and Aft-body Harnesses. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is solely within the discretion of the Government.
