Full Line Food Distribution for the South Carolina Area SPE300-25-D-3023

Solicitation SPE300-R-0063 was solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 168-day contract to US FOODS Lexington (CAGE Code 9P251), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the South Carolina area. This contract, SPE300-25-D-3023, will have a period of performance from August 31, 2025 through February 14, 2026, or until the award of a new contract. This is a Justification and Approval (J&A) for full line distribution and is being posted IAW requirements of FAR 6.305. A copy of the J&A and the Solicitation/Statement of Work is attached to this notice.
