These examinations should include a questionnaire that captures employee baseline information on medical status and history, an annual physical examination, weight and body composition, annual blood tests, urine laboratory tests, Pulmonary function testing (spirometry), Electrocardiograms (ECGs), sleep disturbance screening, cancer and cardiovascular disease risk reduction, hormone imbalance awareness consultation, behavioral health screening, and cancer screening (colon, prostate, lung, cervical, bladder, oral, thyroid, and skin). The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, materials, and facilities necessary to perform examinations as required by NFPA Standard 1582, OPM standards, DOD and AF regulations.
