PROJECT INCLUDES A MULTI-STORY STEEL FRAMED, REINFORCED CONCRETE FLIGHT TRAINING CENTER WITH BRICK VENEER, VERTICAL PILE FOUNDATION AND A STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF. THE FACILITY WILL PROVIDE SPACES FOR TRAINING CLASSROOMS, SPACES FOR FLIGHT SIMULATOR TRAINING, CONFERENCE ROOMS, ADMINISTRATIVE AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SPACES, BATHROOMS, A HALLWAY, LOBBY, AND VESTIBULE, STORAGE SPACE, BREAK ROOMS, COMMUNICATIONS, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SPACES, AND A JANITOR'S CLOSET. THE FACILITY CONTAINS SECURE SPACE AND SHALL COMPLY WITH THE INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY DIRECTIVE (ICD 705) CRITERIA/STANDARDS AND THE JOINT PROGRAMS OFF ICE (JPO) FACILITY REQUIREMENTS DOCUMENT (FRD).
