Services will consist of aircraft, personnel, and all other associated equipment. Water will be scooped from water sources such as lakes or rivers or loaded at ground location. Wetting agents (foam) and chemical fire retardant may be utilized at the Governments discretion in the contractor s aircraft. The anticipated issue date of the solicitation is July 23, 2025, with a projected closing date of August 22, 2025. It is a requirement that the successful awardee be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). This solicitation is competed full and open, unrestricted under NAICS code 115310 (Exception 1) which has a size standard of $34M.
