FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 and are available in full text through Internet access at http:// www.acquisition.gov/far/. This Procurement is pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The Government shall place orders totaling a minimum of $12,000 over the full term of the Contract. The maximum amount for the full term (including base period and all option periods exercised) will not exceed $875,000. This maximum amount is not representation that the maximum quantity will be required or ordered or that the conditions affecting task orders will be stable or normal. The NPS will award a Task Order to fund only the minimum obligation amount at the time of award, then when a subsequent Task Order under the contract is awarded, the obligation to the initial Task Order shall be de-obligated in the amount equal to the new task order funding. The de-obligation will be by modification to the Task Order. Purchases will be made through the issuance of task orders against IDIQ contract, using the pricing provided on the Price Schedule attached to the Contract as awarded. Offers shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to Liset_Gomez@nps.gov. All documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Friday, June 20, 2025 at 2:00pm (Pacific Time).
